Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using Quranic Arabic. They govern your use of the platform and the relationship between you and us.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Quranic Arabic, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Quranic Arabic provides an online platform for learning Quranic Arabic vocabulary, grammar, and related content. We offer a free tier and a Pro subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be 13 years or older to create an account.

Subscriptions and payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may use Quranic Arabic for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or content; share account credentials with others; use the service to distribute spam or harmful content; or attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the platform.

Intellectual property

The Quranic Arabic platform, its design, code, and original content are our intellectual property. Quranic text itself (the Quran) is in the public domain. You may not reproduce or redistribute the platform or its original content without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is always complete or accurate. Quranic Arabic is an educational tool and is not a substitute for qualified Islamic scholarship.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quranic Arabic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
